The 6th DIAD-DIAL Conference is offering a unique opportunity for individuals to become volunteer models for facial treatments conducted by renowned experts from various corners of the globe.

I hereby acknowledge and confirm the below terms and conditions:

I am not pregnant or breastfeeding.
I am over 21 years old.
I am available from 14 to 16 February 2025.
I will make my own travel arrangements to and from the venue, The Ritz-Carlton, DIFC, Dubai.
I confirm and consent the use of my before and after photos for any purpose deemed fit by the DIAD-DIAL Organizing Committee.
